At 17 Looms, we want every piece you purchase to bring you joy. If, however, you find yourself needing to return an item, we've streamlined the process for a seamless experience.

  • We have a 14-day return policy and to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can raise a return request from the My Orders page in the menu or contact us at support@17looms.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issue
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Regrettably, we cannot process returns for items labeled as FINAL SALE, as indicated on the specific product details page.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
  • We'll share a return label for return shipping, kindly pack your order & drop it to the respective courier partner.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, we'll initiate a refund to the original source of payment.
  • The return shipping amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days following a quality check.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At 17 Looms, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality apparel and an excellent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction for our customers.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Pre-shipment: Orders are only eligible for cancellation if they have not been processed for shipping. Once an order is processed and marked for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel the Order

  • Time Frame: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so it’s important to cancel your order within this timeframe to prevent the shipment from being dispatched.
  • Method of Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email at  support@17looms.com.Please provide your order number and contact details to expedite the cancellation process.
  • Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is received, we will send you a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2-3 business days of your cancellation request, please follow up to ensure your request was processed.

Refund on Cancellation

  • The refund will be made to the original source of payment.
  • Your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
