2.What are the shipping charges for international orders?

 At present, we do not impose any shipping charges for orders placed on 17 Looms.

3.How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

The typical delivery timeframe for international shipping is between 5 -7 business days, varying according to the destination country.

4. What delivery methods do you use?

International orders are dispatched through FedEx International Priority Export and a range of trusted courier partners including DHL, DTDC, India Post, etc.

5.How do international duties and taxes work?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. However, no duty is applicable to the specified order value for the below list of countries.

6.What payment options are available on 17 Looms?

We accept the following payment methods – Amazon Pay, American Express Card, Apple Pay, Diners Club Card, Discover Card, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Venmo, and Visa Card.

7.How do I cancel my international order?

The cancellation of your order is possible only before it has been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel, please send us an email at support@17Looms.com, including your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and, upon approval, respond within 24 hours.

8.What is the return policy for international orders?

We have a 14-day return policy and to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 14 days Return & Refund Policy:
  • All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • You will have to self-ship the product(s) to be returned, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to our warehouse, information about warehouse will be shared on your email.
  • Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse, and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 3-7 business days.
  • Please note that we do not provide refund, we will share a gift card via email which can be used for future purchases on 17 Looms.
9.What if I don't want to pay my international duties and taxes?

If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, a refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
