We offer free shipping on orders above $50. However, we charge a shipping fee of $20 on orders below $50

The typical delivery time frame for shipping is between 5 -7 business days, varying according to the destination country.

International orders are dispatched through FedEx International Priority Export and a range of trusted courier partners including DHL, DTDC, India Post, etc.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. However, no duty is applicable to the specified order value for the below list of countries.

The cancellation of your order is possible only before it has been dispatched. Should you wish to cancel, please send us an email at support@17Looms.com, including your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and, upon approval, respond within 24 hours.

We have a 14-day return policy and to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse, and we will then initiate the refund in your original payment source within 10-15 business days.
• The return shipping amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, a refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to our warehouse. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
